These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you message The Fixx Smash Burgers ("The Fixx," "we," "us"), including chats started from our Google Business Profile on Google Search or Maps. The Fixx Smash Burgers is operated by Genesis North LLC in Post Falls, Idaho. By messaging us, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Messaging With Us Through Google

Chats started from our Google Business Profile use Google's business messaging service (RCS for Business) and may continue in your phone's Messages app.

  • Automated assistant. Messages may first be answered by an automated AI assistant provided by Google. It uses information from our Google Business Profile and Website, such as our hours, address, phone number and menu. A team member may join the conversation, or the assistant may ask you to call us.
  • Accuracy. The automated assistant can make mistakes. Prices, hours, menu items and order details shown at checkout or confirmed by our staff take priority over anything the assistant says. A message from the assistant does not create an order, refund or promise unless our staff confirm it.
  • How your messages are handled. When you message us this way, your messages, phone number and related information are processed by Google and may be made available to your mobile carrier to deliver the service. By messaging us, you authorize Google and your carrier to process this information to provide and improve the messaging service, under Google's terms and privacy policy.
  • Do not send sensitive information. Please do not send card numbers, passwords or other sensitive personal information by message. We will never ask for your card number in a chat.
  • Stopping messages. You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP, or by blocking or deleting the conversation in your Messages app. Message and data rates may apply.

Google's Terms

Google's messaging service is provided by Google under its own terms and policies. These Terms do not change or replace Google's terms. If they conflict, Google's terms apply to Google's service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
